How to use this website — simple 4-step flow
From finding the right bearing to receiving your quote — here is exactly how everything works, step by step.
Step 1
Find what you need
- Open Products to see all 12 product types with photos — bushings, flange bearings, thrust washers, wear pads and more.
- Not sure which material? Open Grade Finder and answer 4 simple questions — it shortlists up to 3 POLYGLIDE® grades for your application.
- Open Materials to compare all 6 grades side by side.
Step 2
Add to your RFQ basket
- On the Products page, click "Add to RFQ" on any product — it goes into your basket (the number on the quote button).
- Add as many products as you like. You can remove any item later on the enquiry form.
Step 3
Send your enquiry
- Open Contact and fill the short form — name, company, email, quantity and dimensions.
- Attach your drawing (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB) so we can quote exactly to your specification.
- Click send — you instantly get a reference number like PC-2026-0001. Keep it for follow-up.
Step 4
Receive your quote
- Our Mumbai team reviews your enquiry and drawing.
- We reply by email or phone with pricing, lead time and any technical questions.
- Once approved, your parts are machined in-house and dispatched.
